By accessing or using SEO Scan Audit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. USE OF SERVICE

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of website data you provide
  • You may not use the Service for illegal activities
  • You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to access the Service's underlying technology
3. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payment and Refunds

Pricing:

  • Quick Audit plan: US$59 (one-time payment)
  • Diagnostic plan: US$397 (one-time payment)
  • Blueprint plan: US$997 (one-time payment)
  • Prices may change for new customers; existing customers are not affected

Refund policy:

  • Delivery guarantee: 24 hours for Quick Audit, 48 hours for Diagnostic and Blueprint, from date of purchase
  • Full refund if we fail to deliver within the window promised for your plan (24 or 48 hours), if you cancel before delivery, or if the report has a material problem
  • Refund requests sent to support@seoscanaudit.com
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on the Service are owned by SEO Scan Audit or its licensors:

  • Website design, code, and graphics are protected by copyright
  • SEO reports and analysis are protected by copyright
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

  • We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or outcomes
  • Report accuracy depends on publicly available data
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on report content
  • Third-party data sources may be inaccurate or outdated
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SEO Scan Audit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the claim
  • We are not responsible for third-party website availability or content
